These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and nebaje (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website available at nebaje.net and all associated services, products, games, promotions, and content offered thereon (collectively, the "Services").

Player-Initiated Closure

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
